COVID 19 - Safety Precautions

We hope you and your families are safe and well during this time.
As we continue to come together to navigate through the pandemic, we understand that health and safety is of the utmost concern for our guests; rest assured that our commitment to your health and well-being remains our top priority. We follow all recommendations which are issued by all local health authorities. As result, restaurant and service facilities and hours of operation can be modified in order to comply with social distancing regulations.
We have further enhanced our room cleaning process and each guest room is deeply sanitized and sealed, which can only be broken by the guest upon entering, giving the assurance that no one else have been in the room prior.
Please be aware, the following processes have been implemented:
- Sensor-based sanitizing stations have been installed across the hotel.
- Guests and employees are required to wear a mask when in public indoor spaces and when receiving in-room service.
- Upon check-in, it is necessary to provide with negative test result, vaccination confirmation or confirmation of having covid in past three months.
- The body temperature may be measured by our front desk.
Our Fitness Centre and SPA are open and operating in line with the health and safety guidelines issued by the authorities.
